Shipping Policy

 

Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery time: most orders arrive in 7-15 business days in total, including processing. The rechargeable hand warmer takes 9-18 business days in total. The delivery time is shown on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays and busy seasons.

 

Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2-4 days to show updates.

 

Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Multiple items: items in one order can ship separately and arrive on different days.

 

Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. We cannot change it after the order ships. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may need a reshipping fee.

 

Customs and duties: if any customs fees apply to your order, they are the customer's responsibility.

 

Lost packages: if your tracking shows no movement for 10 days past the estimated delivery window, email moderahaus.us@gmail.com and we will investigate and resend or refund.
